Women who drink too much caffeine are at a higher risk for miscarriage and it also makes it harder for your body to absorb iron. Oh, and that heartburn you now feel after every meal? Coffee will only make it worse. Limit your coffee drinking and switch to decaf when you just need another cup of joe.
